Interactive workshops on regenerative leadership that embed sustainability, creativity, and presence at the core of how people lead and create. Inner Development Goals (IDG) Alignment A structured capability build using the IDG framework to cultivate the inner skills behind effective sustainable leadership—connection, clarity, courage, collaboration, and presence. Practices drawn from my background as an Executive Coach & Yoga/Meditation/Breathwork Instructor to translate insight into daily behavior. Internal Engagement Architecture Strategic support to design or refine governance and engagement (e.g., steering groups, working streams, decision rights, cadences). Practical playbooks inspired by experience managing cross-functional networks (ESG Taskforce, Climate Execution Team, Environmental Global Matrix) to ensure strategies are executed across business units. Program format (example 12 weeks) Discovery & diagnostics (Week 1–2): stakeholder interviews, IDG self-assessment, maturity snapshot. Leadership sprints (Weeks 3–10): Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching (60–75 min) for 3–5 leaders. Two team workshops (2–3 hrs) on regenerative leadership + IDG micro-practices. Governance design sessions to set roles, rituals, and KPIs. Integration & roadmap (Weeks 11–12): finalize engagement architecture, 90-day action plan, metrics.
