I facilitate leadership and strategy development that moves beyond simple resilience, helping organisations see more clearly, align more deeply, and renew for lasting relevance and positive impact.

Built on Diverse Professional Authority My perspective is grounded in over a decade of high-level experience within global organisations, complemented by a deep mastery of human development tools.
• Corporate Strategy & Board Advisory: I currently serve as the Head of ESG for a global group, acting as a strategic advisor to the Board and Executive Committee on climate-related risks, opportunities, and trade-offs. My background includes nearly ten years at IKEA, where I was part of the global team leading communication for the transformation into a circular business.
• Neurolinguistic Coaching & Executive Development: As an executive coach (specialising in Neurolinguistic programming)*, I work with leaders to rewire their mental models for high-performance and long-term business resilience. I help teams translate personal development into collective leadership actions that move the organisation forward.
• Yoga & Somatic Presence: I am a Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and have served as a Yoga Instructor & Personal Coach since 2021. This discipline allows me to teach leaders the foundational skills of presence and clarity, which are vital for effectively managing complex external dynamics and high-pressure regulatory environments.
